Equipment logistics is the program that knits the others together. An OEM moves units from a manufacturing site or port of entry, through PDI and any pre-delivery prep, and out to a dealer network across the country — and the carrier needs to handle the entire chain visibly and consistently. JBH runs that program for several heavy-equipment OEMs.
What it looks like: containers arrive at port, drayage moves the containers to a JBH stockyard, units are destuffed, inspected, washed, wrapped if the OEM specs it. Dealers pull units off a shared inventory dashboard. Heavy haul carries them on JBH equipment to dealer yards. Every unit is tracked from manufacture to delivery — VIN, location, status, photo evidence at each handoff.
Per-unit pricing for low-volume programs, master rate agreements for OEM partners. Same operations team running the program from day one — we don't subcontract the relationship.
