Rates, quotes, transit times, and capacity shown on this site or returned through the quote form are estimates for planning. They are not an offer and are not binding. A shipment is only priced and booked when JB Harris confirms it to you in writing.
Shipments are governed separately
Any shipment we handle is governed by JB Harris's terms and conditions of service, the bill of lading, and any agreement you have signed with us. If anything on this site conflicts with those documents, those documents control.
Shipment tracking
Tracking is provided as a convenience. Status information comes from carriers and our own systems, may lag behind actual events, and may be incomplete. It is not a guarantee of pickup or delivery.
Portals and applications
Our customer portal, carrier portal, and driver careers site are separate services and may have their own terms. Job and carrier applications are handled through third party systems, whose terms apply once you submit.
Acceptable use
